Monk Fruit Extract Mogroside V（Siraitia grosvenorii Extract glycoside), as the stevia extract which is used as healthy sweetener, is an ingredient extracted from Siraitia grosvenorii. It has the effects of clearing heat, moistening lung. Meanwhile it can relieve cough, moisture intestines, relieve constipation, preventing obesity, constipation, diabetes, etc. It also is a high sweetener, a low calories non nutritive, non fermented sweetener. And it is the main sweet ingredient in Monk Fruit Extract.

Advantages (compared to 50% MV Momordica grosvenori P.E. ):

1.  In terms of sensory color and odor of powder:
   75% MV Siraitia grosvenorii Extract is similar to milk powder in white color. It is sweet flavor, no obvious characteristic smell of siraitia grosvenorii. The color of the powder is more stable.
   The color of 50% MV is light yellow to almost white with sweet smell. It is faint characteristic smell of siraitia grosvenorii.
2.  In terms of aqueous solution:
   75% aqueous solution is clear, colorless and transparent; There is sweet smell of sugared water, without obvious characteristic smell of siraitia grosvenorii.
   50% solution is clear and slightly yellow in color; It has sweet smell of sugared water and faint characteristic smell of siraitia grosvenorii.
3. In terms of taste:
   Compared with other sweeteners, 75% MV shows excellent performance in terms of mixed flavor and sweet feeling. For all specifications of siraitin, compared with other specifications of siraitin before, 75% MV has a more pure sweet taste. Less obvious siraitin flavor, more intense sweet and medium sweet first, slightly stronger sweet later, and no mixed flavor after sweet.
