    Yohopharm is equipped with a combined 2,500 m² Analysis Center, housing more than 35 advanced testing equipment, including large-scale precision instrument such as ICP-MS, GC-MS-MS, LC-MS-MS, UPLC, GC-MS, HPLC (with various detector), GC (with various detector), automatic dissolution apparatus etc.

    The laboratory of Yohopharm is also capable of detecting more than 420 kinds of pesticide residues, 45 kinds of antibiotics (streptomycin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline, nitrofuran, fluoroquinolones, sulfonamides), heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium, copper, potassium, aluminum, etc.), solvent residues (methanol, ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, methylene chloride, chloroform, isopropanol, benzene, etc.), more than 12 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, 18 kinds of plasticizers, aflatoxins, nutrients (protein, fat, carbohydrate, energy), artificial color, sulfur dioxide, identification (chemical identification, thin layer chromatography, infrared spectroscopy, fingerprint), determination of content concentration, microorganisms (total bacteria, mold, yeast, coli group, E. coli, salmonella, pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus aureus) and other tests.

    The laboratory attaches great importance to the quality of inspection work and has established a sound quality assurance system. We have passed the new version of GMP, KFDA, FDA, NSF, ISO22000, ISO9001, KOK-F, HALAL and FSSC 22000 quality system certification, and also passed the rigorous quality audits of many global Fortune 500 companies.

    The laboratory also values technical information exchanges with outside organizations. Huisong cooperates closely with Shanghai Institute of Drug Control, Shanghai Institute of Drug Control, Eurofins, SGS, and Japan Food Analysis Center. It often compares test results with third parties to further ensure product quality.
