Pepper Mint Essential Oil also contains flavonoids such as iso-raifolin, luteolin-7-glucoside, and menthol isoflavone glycoside; Organic acid components: rosmarinic acid, caffeic acid .
Chloro acid components: aspartic acid, glutamic acid, serine, asparagine, valine, leucine and isoleucine, phenylalanine, methionine, lysine. Recently, various anti-inflammatory components with dihydroxy-1,2-dihydronaphthalene-2 as the parent nucleus have been obtained in stages from leaves:
