Description
Introduction of Organic Boletus Edulis Extract
Boletus edulis, commonly known as penny bun, porcino, delicious Boletus mushrooms or cep. It is a basidiomycete fungus, and the type species of the genus Boletus.
Widely distributed in the Northern Hemisphere across Europe, Asia, and North America, it does not occur naturally in the Southern Hemisphere, although it has been introduced to southern Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Several closely related European mushrooms formerly thought to be varieties or forms of B. edulis have been shown using molecular phylogenetic analysis to be distinct species, and others previously classed as separate species are with this species.
The fungus also produces a variety of organic compounds with a diverse spectrum of biological activity, including the steroid derivative ergosterol, a sugar binding protein, antiviral compounds, antioxidants, and phytochelatins, which give the organism resistance to toxic heavy metals.
Efficacy
Delicious Boletus mushrooms are mostly concentrated at altitudes between 300m and 600m.It can also grow at altitudes of 200m or 700m, but in small quantities. Due to altitude being a marker factor of mountainous climate, temperature, humidity, air, light intensity, soil, and vegetation all change with different altitudes. Soil is the substrate for the growth of Boletus edulis and its host plants, and its structure, permeability, acidity, and alkalinity are closely related to its growth.
The investigation found that the soil near the production area of Delicious Boletus is generally mountainous loess, yellow soil, gray sandy soil, mountainous yellow brown soil, dark brown soil, purple soil, and yellow sandy soil. Especially in the thick, soft, and fertile soil layer of dead branches and leaves, Delicious Boletus grows better.
Rainy and sunny at times, or sunny during the day or rainy at night, are most conducive to the formation of sub entities, while low rain and low humidity environments are not conducive to the formation of sub entities. The soil moisture content during the mycelial growth stage should be around 60%, while the relative humidity during the fruiting body growth stage should be between 80% and 90%.
Nutritions
Edible and Nutritional Value: Delicious Boletus is one of the common edible and medicinal mushrooms in the world, known as the “king of Boletus”. It has low calorie and fat content, but is rich in protein, dietary fiber, vitamin B2, potassium, and iron. Due to its extremely low sodium content, it is a healthy food with high potassium and low sodium. Fresh and delicious Boletus contains 4% protein, with dried mushroom slices reaching up to 27.8%. The essential amino acid content in protein is 36%, and the amino acid composition is basically reasonable. The limiting amino acid is sulfur-containing amino acid (AAS=77), which has high nutritional value.
Fresh and delicious Boletus has an extremely rich vitamin B content, up to 1.11 milligrams per 100 grams, which is 100 times that of winter melon and more than 50 times that of tomatoes. It is similar to the animal liver known to be the most rich in vitamin B2 (0.58 milligrams per 100 grams to 2.03 milligrams per 100 grams). Vitamin B2 is a nutrient severely lacking among Chinese residents, and children are most susceptible to vitamin B2 deficiency. Eating delicious Boletus mushrooms can greatly improve vitamin B2 deficiency. Delicious Boletus also contains rich folic acid (124.4 micrograms /100 grams of fresh mushrooms). Adequate folic acid can prevent the occurrence of megaloblastic anemia and neonatal spina bifida, and is a necessary nutrient for pregnant women in the early stage. 、
Medicinal value
Delicious Boletus edulis is the main ingredient of “Shujin Pill”, which has the effects of clearing heat and eliminating restlessness, nourishing blood, chasing wind and dispelling cold, relaxing muscles and activating collaterals, etc. It can be used to treat diseases such as lower back and leg pain, numbness of hands and feet, muscle and bone discomfort, and limb convulsions. This bacterium also has a certain anti-tumor effect, with inhibition rates of 100% and 90% on mouse sarcoma cells S-180 and Escherichia coli cancer cells, respectively.
Ecological value
Boletus Edulis Extract has important ecological effects, playing an important role in promoting forest growth, improving environmental quality, and maintaining ecological balance.
